Instructions for oral presentations and posters

Plenary and semi-plenary speakers have 35 minutes for their presentations plus 5 minutes for questions. Plenary and semi-plenary speakers can use their own laptops for their presentations. Also, a laptop will be provided for the talks, already connected and ready to use in each room.

Symposia speakers have 25 minutes for their presentations plus 5 minutes for questions.

Topical sessions speakers have 15 minutes for their presentations plus 5 minutes for questions.

For Symposia and Topical sessions speakers, a laptop will be provided for the talks, already connected and ready to use in each room. Symposia and Topical sessions’ talks must be uploaded in Power Point or PDF format using this link. The maximum file size is 1 GB. If using PowerPoint, save the file with embedded fonts. Please, use your surname as the file name. Files must uploaded before 11:59 AM of the previous day to the presentation.

Posters for the Tuesday poster session can be hung on the corresponding panel on Monday, and can remain hung on all Monday and Tuesday. Posters for the Thursday poster session can be hung on the panel on Wednesday, and remain hung on all Wednesday and Thursday.

The maximum poster size is 90 x 140 cm (width x height).
