Call for symposia is open

The DDAYS LAC 2024 organizing committee welcomes the submission of symposium proposals.

Guidelines:

• Each symposium must include a maximum of 4 speakers. Please consider gender balance when preparing the program.
• The allocated time slot for each symposium is two hours.
• The symposium organizer can also participate as a speaker.
• The organizer must contact the proposed speakers and obtain their acceptance before sending the proposal to the Organizing Committee.

Proposals for symposia must include:

• Name, affiliation, and e-mail of the organizer.
• Symposium title and summary explaining its main focus.
• A brief CV of each speaker, or a link to their CVs.
• Title and summary of each talk.

Deadline for submissions: OCTOBER 1st 2024.

Please send your proposal to ddays.lac.2024@gmail.com, including “DDAYSLAC2024 Symposium Proposal” in the subject. Confirmation of reception will be sent by email. The Organizing Committee will select the proposals and will announce the results of the selected symposia by OCTOBER 15th 2024.
